Manufactured from medical grade calcium sulfate that resorbs and is replaced with bone during the healing process, our calcium sulfate beads offer substantial improvement on existing technologies. The bone void filler material is biodegradable and biocompatible and is indicated for use within an infected bone site.
The kit contains calcium sulfate powder and mixing solution and when mixed together in a sterile mixing bowl, the resultant paste is injectable, moldable, or can be inserted as beads into open bone void/gap to set in situ.
